With the current impact of COVID-19 in our community, we want to ensure our patients have access to their providers if they are unable to come into the office. In an effort keep our patients safe, especially those most vulnerable, we are now offering Telehealth visits, which enable you to have a virtual visit with your provider from your smartphone or computer. Crystal Run Healthcare remains open for office visits, however we recognize that for some, coming in for a visit is just not possible.

- Most insurances are waiving copays for telehealth visits during the COVID-19 pandemic. Check with your insurance carrier to find out what's covered.
- In many cases, a telehealth visit allows your provider and his/her team to provide the same level of care that can be delivered in the office. However, if it is discovered during the visit that your provider needs to see you this can be arranged, many times in the same day.
